Just go to Control Panel -> Add and Remove Programs, then look for the program, then uninstall it. If it doesn't work or the error occurs, try looking at the right bottom of your computer. You'll find the program, then close it first and go back to Control Panel to uninstall.
Hope I help you.
My computer is now even slower! Also, after I put my order in there is a statement that the order includes AUTOMATIC RENEWAL which I will have to cancel - very sneaky indeed.
I have to speak as I find, I had a big problem with my computer, slow, sluggish, and not letting me access my printer properly or my browsers. I goggled how to cure the problem and PC Helper 360 came up. I downloaded, ran the scan, registered the software and all the problems were cured. What more can I say?
Sadly my experience is similar to the above! Also received 2 requests to return to the basket to pay 'again' yet my credit card registered and I received the registration document. Have tried to email three times now with various addresses but all bounce back!
The software certainly conflicts with some items usual to my system and deletes items without clarity and that are particularly useful for on-going use of a regularly used desktop. The restore buttons do not respond or work at all it seems! So much less effective than the normal Microsoft performance management tools that I use daily and the limited explanation and then lost data which you knew not about - is frustrating and unhelpful. I have deleted the software completely today after 48 hours of unnecessary if small horrors. Am asking for repayment of the monies but also contacting my credit card just to be sure at they seem unable or unwilling to respond! Not good and do not encourage by buying, is my advice. CAV
The scan showed 51 registry errors, and "fixed" them in one second!
But it did not "fix" the audio device obvious problem, that was OK a week ago!
Attempts to contact "support" failed, saying my email address was ng!
I know it was NOT!
It's just another one of those that trick you into thinking it's free until it's done scanning and then hits you with "You must register first" when you click on the "fix all" button", and then, after you type in your name and email to register, you're taken to their page to purchase the software for $39.99 with a $10 off coupon, making it $29.99, that expires on whatever day it is you've installed and run it. Plus, for another $10 (regular $29.99), you get the additional "support" program. Just more bull like the rest of them.
Hope I help you.
